Losing weight isn't an easy thing to do on your own, most people often struggle, or even give up before they start.

By joining us on our 8 week weight loss journey in partnership with the Savannah Charitable Trust we can help you, help yourself.

A slippery slope….
Statistics from the NHS tell us that hospital admissions related to weight gain are up by 30% on last year, a startling statistic.  Most people surveyed said they struggled with weight loss, due to a number of reasons, ranging from lack of motivation to poor education on how to lose weight.

Companies such as Slimming World & Weight Watchers tell us that by working in a group environment they help more people to succeed with weight loss year after year than any other approach.

At London Beach we are trying to take the best of both worlds, providing you with group motivation, diet & nutrition education, goal setting methods and exercise seminars to help you put your best foot forward and get yourself to achieve that target weight.

Try……..Circuits

weightsCircuit training is a form of body conditioning training resistance training and high-intensity aerobics. It is designed to be easy to follow and target strength building as well as muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for another circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.
