Membership

All new health club members pay a £25 Joining fee, this includes lapsed members. This is payable on joining. All new Direct Debits require the first and last payment at time of joining.

Gym & Classes
All members must complete a medical PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) if a members health status changes during their membership they are asked to update their medical information. If you have a medical condition, please seek medical advice from your Doctor or Physio before joining the health club. All new members must complete an induction before they can use the gym or classes (booked at reception). The majority of classes provided by our instructors are free and booked via the MyWellness System. Classes provided by external instructors require a small fee (£3 or £5) and are booked at reception. The Current Class Booking Structure is under review and may change.

Changing Facilities
Changing Facilities, showers and lockers are all available.

Weekdays: 6:30 AM – 21:30PM                                                 Weekends & Bank Holidays: 7:00 AM – 19:00PM

There is a £25 Admin fee for new members and any membership under the regular 12-month contract.,
